Have lived here for about three years and i have loved every moment of it. Payton and the team are quick to respond to any questions and/or maintenance request. They take very good care of property and the residents! Close to many great options for groceries and dining.

Smoke free, pet friendly, largest kitchen and storage I have found. 2 car garage was important to me as well as low utility rates. Maintenance responds quickly and management has gone the extra mile. Lived here nearly 3 years and am so happy to call it home. No neighbor noises or smells coming through the walls. No pool, but good sized bedrooms, closets, attached garage, roomy bathrooms, and included laundry room are worth not having a pool. Quality appliances included.

Living at Foxridge Townhomes was a great experience. The property is well taken care of, and any time we had questions or needed assistance, Peyton and Austin were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always made sure we felt taken care of.

These townhomes are very well put together and in a great area where all your necessities are close. The Management and maintenance staff has instilled confidence very quickly for fixing issues, as well as being very straight forward and honest which is huge when so many other places seem to try to feed you a chocolate covered razor blade. The neighborhood has a very friendly vibe. They made moving in very simple and straightforward and were able to answer all my questions which were many. Youâre missing out if you canât find a spot here.
