Management has been absolutely fantastic since we moved in! Itâs so nice to see them take such great care of the lawn and the surrounding area for all of us residents. And the recent internet upgrade was a real game-changer! Payton and Austin are always super responsive to any issues we have and have really gone the extra mile to make sure our home is in tip-top shape.

My girlfriend and I have had the pleasure of growing together at this great location as it has always felt like home! Payton and Austin have always been great to work with and are always responsive when we would have any issues. I have only great things to say about Foxridge and their staff!

They decide to charge you whatever they want on move out. They charged us utilities which we pay, carpet clean, paint and townhome cleaning which was all done. So they stole or 500$ deposit then sent a legal team for another 240$. Terrible company

Management is quick to fix and resolve any issues. Property is well kept and safe. Never had a problem living here.
