These townhomes are very well put together and in a great area where all your necessities are close. The Management and maintenance staff has instilled confidence very quickly for fixing issues, as well as being very straight forward and honest which is huge when so many other places seem to try to feed you a chocolate covered razor blade. The neighborhood has a very friendly vibe. They made moving in very simple and straightforward and were able to answer all my questions which were many. Youâre missing out if you canât find a spot here.

I cannot say enough good things about living at Foxridge! We are going onto our second year of living here and are so happy to have found it! Payton and Austin are so responsive and are truly such amazing people to work with. The community is super clean and if any issues arise (few and far between) everything is resolved immediately. Super happy to be here!

This community is well kept. Austin in maintenance is probably one of the most down to earth and funny people I have had the pleasure to work around. Payton is great to work with and is always communicating with us as well.

Management has been absolutely fantastic since we moved in! Itâs so nice to see them take such great care of the lawn and the surrounding area for all of us residents. And the recent internet upgrade was a real game-changer! Payton and Austin are always super responsive to any issues we have and have really gone the extra mile to make sure our home is in tip-top shape.

They decide to charge you whatever they want on move out. They charged us utilities which we pay, carpet clean, paint and townhome cleaning which was all done. So they stole or 500$ deposit then sent a legal team for another 240$. Terrible company
