The entire team here at fox ridge has been nothing but welcoming. Not only with making sure everything was good to go for me to move in, but the maintenance crew has been so responsive and willing to help with anything thatâs come up.

We moved in recently and love it already! The staff is friendly, the townhomes are well kept, and our neighbors are lovely. We're happy to be here!

FoxRidge is such a wonderful community to live in! Payton and Austin are a fantastic team and are attentive to all of my needs as a tenant. Everything from the application process, move in, and maintenance inquiries have been so so simple. They are prompt and always eager to help! Truly a pleasure to rent from. Iâd recommend anyone to move here!

The apartment was poorly built. My stepmom had a place here and everything was broken all the time and when it came time for her to move out the staff was very very rude to her and my family as we were helping her move out. I wouldnât recommend this place to my worst enemy.

From initial looks, this is a great community but there are so many issues that management barely does anything about. For one, the entire townhome is terrible construction, nails in the stairs sticking out, molding falling off every week, shared slow internet resulting in a double NAT conflict regularly, broken appliances and large communal maintenance fees (100-150 a month) when little to nothing is improved. We mentioned to the leasing office we were having problems with our dryer, they said they would check it out on a specific day, didnât show up and decided to come out 3 weeks later on an unscheduled day to give the diagnosis: âItâs slightly better, but should be good for nowâ Foxridge manages a different property and it takes 3 weeks to get anyone to come out to your property. Pay way too much for what you get, go elsewhere.
