Sunnee is absolutely Amazing!!! Always so friendly and helpful. We love our home here at FoxridgeTownhomes! It's beautiful inside and out. I especially love the walk in closets in each of the bedrooms also the wide staircase! It made moving in a whole lot easier. I really liked how the counter tops and cabinets match throughout the house and the flooring in the upstairs bathrooms match too. Also enjoy the convenience of being close to many things like The gym ,food, gas and more. So happy my family and I can call this place home! Thank you Sunnee and FoxridgeTownhomes!

We love our new little home in Foxridge! We moved from FL and Sunnee was so wonderful, helpful and responsive especially since we had to do most of the paperwork remotely. Our 3 bedroom has a spacious layout, nice design details and a two-car garage. They were super accommodating with our two rescue mutts too. The location is 10 min from downtown and Smithâs is just down the road. Austin is fabulous too and on top of any and all maintenance issues. Would definitely recommend!

We are so happy we moved here. Sunnee is the best! She helped us so much with our move in. Austin is also a fantastic maintenance person. We feel right at home.

Sunny Barber stands out head and shoulders above all the customer facing managers I have ever done business with. She was very quick to respond to every inquiry I made about apartment rental options, availability timing, pricing, square footage, onsite tours, application questions... literally impeccable knowledge and service. She explained everything so clearing, has a calming demeanor that made me feel calm, making it possible for me to think, understand, and ultimately make the right choices. The icing on the cake is that Sunny has such a bright, sunny, positive disposition. If you want to live in some nice apartments and be well taken care of during your transition from where you currently live, give Sunny a call!

I moved into a 3 bedroom the end of March and I love it here. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful! The location is perfect for us and it is quiet :).

My son and I moved in at the end of January into one of the brand new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhomes. The homes are great and very roomie. The perfect place for us. It is also fun watching the area come together as they finish up construction and landscaping.

My fiancé and I recently moved into Foxridge Townhomes and although the move in process was delayed because of the new construction, the wait was worth it. We moved into the 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome and it provides the perfect amount of space for us, plus itâs super cute. At first we thought the location would be busy, but it is not too bad. Sunnee assisted us with the move in process and has been on the property since we moved in which is nice for when we have questions or concerns. So far, we are happy with our decision to move in here!
